Reflow oven

The lead-free reflow oven with 8 heating zones and 3 cooling zones, and it can be customized with central board support (CBS), dual lane and nitrogen protection system (includes nitrogen pipes, N2 flow meters, water chiller and oxygen analyzer).

Wave soldering machine

Width 450mm wave soldering machine for PCB assembly, designed for SMT industrial production lines requiring high solder quality, practical operation, and dependable service support. And the solder pot can be customized to titanium material and different capacity.

Vertical curing oven

The vertical curing oven adopts the vertical structure design, allowing the product to run vertically inside the oven chamber, fully utilizing the space height and effectively reducing the equipment footprint.

Solder paste management machine

Intelligent solder paste management machine is a kind of machine which can realize material in-and-out automatically. It can monitor the status of each bottle of material in the machine (storage time, shelf life, material brand, type, storage times, etc.).

PCB cleaning machine

The fully automatic cleaning machine can be connected with laser marking machines, auto-insertion machines, screen printing machines, SMT pick-and-place machines, A.P.T., and other equipment to automatically clean PCB boards, eliminate static electricity, and achieve online automation.
